Modern Roofing USA was founded on February 4, 2014, and incorporated on February 6, 2014, in Pelzer, SC, near Greenville. What began in a small home office has grown into a multi-state roofing company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for our customers.
What began in Pelzer has grown across five states: South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Utah, and Tennessee. Today, Modern Roofing USA serves thousands of homeowners and businesses across these regions, with services available in 15 locations. Along with residential roofing, we offer commercial roof coating systems that help extend roof life, improve energy efficiency, and manage long-term costs. We focus on practical solutions, quality workmanship, and clear communication for every customer we serve.
