Our Story
Modern Roofing LLC was founded on February 4, 2014, and officially incorporated on February 6, 2014, in Pelzer, SC, just outside Greenville. What started from a small home office has since grown into a company homeowners trust across multiple states.
We started in Pelzer, SC, near Greenville, and through hard work and a commitment to quality over shortcuts, we quickly grew beyond our first location. Today, we proudly serve homeowners across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee, with recent expansions into Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC, and Nashville, TN—and we’re just getting started.
